Peran Infrastruktur dalam Mendorong Efektivitas Kerja Hibrida

Kajian literatur integratif ini mengeksplorasi peran penting infrastruktur digital dalam mendorong lingkungan kerja hibrida yang efektif, terutama dalam konteks pasca pandemi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi komponen penting dari infrastruktur digital, menganalisis pengaruhnya terhadap produktivitas karyawan, keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, dan kolaborasi, serta memeriksa kesiapan organisasi yang diperlukan untuk implementasi yang sukses. Dengan menggunakan metodologi tinjauan terstruktur, 30 artikel yang telah ditinjau oleh rekan sejawat dan laporan institusional yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2015 dan 2024 disintesiskan dalam lima kategori tematik: infrastruktur dan produktivitas, alat komunikasi dan kolaborasi, integrasi pekerjaan-kehidupan digital, kesiapan organisasi dan investasi strategis, dan ketidaksetaraan digital. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa infrastruktur digital yang kuat-terdiri dari internet yang andal, platform cloud, dan perangkat yang dapat dioperasikan-secara signifikan meningkatkan efektivitas kerja hibrida jika diselaraskan dengan kepemimpinan strategis dan kebijakan yang inklusif. Namun, kajian ini juga menyoroti kesenjangan digital struktural yang mengancam realisasi manfaat kerja hibrida secara adil. Sebuah model konseptual berbasis sosioteknis dan sistem diusulkan, menawarkan hipotesis penelitian dan implikasi kebijakan untuk memajukan sistem kerja hibrida yang adaptif, inklusif, dan tangguh.
